You can't easily, those columns are either specified in links to
actually do a search, user specific values or hard-coded systemw ide
defaults. How those columns are handled can be seen in buglist.cgi
starting at the following lines:

> # Determine the columns that will be displayed in the bug list via the
> # columnlist CGI parameter, the user's preferences, or the default.
> my @displaycolumns =3D ();

The defaults are in Constants.pm, which should NOT be edited, because
you need to take care of those local modifications during upgrades
etc. yourself. Local customizations to core code have caused a lot of
work and trouble in the past for people upgrading.

> # The default list of columns for buglist.cgi
> use constant DEFAULT_COLUMN_LIST =3D> (
>     "product", "component", "assigned_to",
>     "bug_status", "resolution", "short_desc", "changeddate"
> );

This leaves you with adding "columnlist" with your customized values
to all search buttons, for which you need to customize all templates
containing references to "buglist.cgi". While customizing templates is
supported, keep in mind that you need to adopt customized templates to
any new version during upgrades on your own as well.

If I was you, I would try to avoid customizations as much as possible
and tell people that's a feature to let users decide about the columns
in the search results. Not everyone cares about reporters in search
results.
