access control: non-privileged users can only see their bugs

Hi folks,

I'd like to tweak bugzilla's access control to that normal
(unprivileged) users can only

a) see certain products
b) add new bugs there
c) see only their own bugs

So, for example, an customer can add a new issue and read it any
time, but not bugs of other people. Only specially authorized
people should be allowed to read and edit all bugs.

How can I do this ?

Can users see dirs they can't access?
When attaching to a NetWare volume, users only see the directories they have rights to. If the same volume is accessed through CIFS (on NW 6.5 SP6), will the users still only see what they have access to or will they now see all directories? Thanks in advance. The view in CIFS and with a Novell client should always be the same for the same user. -- Marcel Cox Adding to what Marcel said: They should only see directories they have rights to or directories that contain a directory they have rights to. -- Timothy Leerhoff Novell Su...
