keyboard shortcut for "close other tabs" in Firefox
My buddy and I have looked for a way to achieve this, and haven't found it. It doesn't seem like something that would be too difficult to pull off. Maybe as part of TBE? Firefox 3.1 Beta 2
Name: Luc Bollen Product: Firefox Summary: Firefox 3.1 Beta 2 - Location of "New tab" icon Comments: The location of the "New tab" icon (a green '+' sign), at the far right side of the screen, is not optimal. When I need a new tab, I open it, then I type in an URL. So, a natural location for the "New tab" icon is just at the left of the URL field. With the current location, I first have to move the mouse pointer to the far right, click on the icon, then move the mouse pointer back to the left to enter the URL, which is a poor design,...

Windows "close" icon vs Firefox "close tab" icon
I would like to suggest the following enhancement to the Firefox browser. When one clicks the windows "close" icon and has multiple tabs open, you get a pop-up box with "confirm close" in it telling you that you have multiple tabs open, and you can either close all of them and exit, or cancel the close. I would like to have a configurable action associated with this button. The default is to continue as it works now, with a second option available which will make the windows "close" button (the one with the "x" in it) have the same effect as ...

O.O Mozilla is supposed to be improving this version, and it has greatly improved by being quicker and more responsive, great job on that.
