Summary: bugzilla: support of HTML pasting

Comments:
It would be really for you to support HTML that has been already been
composed and also figure out from the linked images which one are local
and initiate their upload.

It sad to see a web based technology like an online issue tracker that
does not allow a web primary format HTML be displayed directly into the
description of an issue report.

Note to readers: Hendrix gives no expectation of a response to this feedback
but if you wish to provide one you must BCC (not CC) the sender for them to
see it.

HTML Paste
I want to paste content from a website to my application, but I want to read the html code from the paste instead of the text only. So I tried this function: function TForm1.GetHtmlFormatFromClipboard: string; var hClipData : THandle; idxEndFragment : integer; idxStartFragment: integer; pClipData : PChar; begin Result := ''; if IsClipboardFormatAvailable(RegisterClipboardFormat('HTML Format')) then begin Win32Check(OpenClipboard(0)); try hClipData := GetClipboardData(RegisterClipboardFormat('HTML Format')); if ...

support/what support
Name: William Johnson Email: william0992atsbcglobaldotnet Product: Firefox Summary: support/what support Comments: your support? department for Firefox issues is nothing but a circular maze of unbelievably confusing information that is of no use for the layman and I would dump this piece of trash if I didn't need it for certain websites. I don't know how to reprogram the many bugs or fix the many websites broken by this thing and its "error console" with no directions as to what to do with it. What is it's purpose if there is no help function for it? ...

Support feedback
Name: J. Cobe Email: jcobeemailatearthlinkdotnet Product: Firefox Summary: Support feedback Comments: I realize that you have stuff in beta and everyone seems to be a volunteer, but the lack of help, especially considering I can and do have real-time online chats with other companies, is too frustrating and time consuming. I'm on my bosses computer now and sending attachments, which is absolutely necessary in my business (Entertainment), that are unreadable is unacceptable. I am resorting to Safari, which may not be as secure according to you, but it does what I ne...

Support for HTML?
Name: David Edmunds Email: dedmundsatqdotcom Product: Thunderbird Summary: Support for HTML? Comments: My provider recently changed and my new email account now goes through q.com which necessitated me going back to using Outlook Express because it supports connecting to a mail server via HTML and currently Thunderbird only supports POP & IMAP. Do you have any plans to add support in Thunderbird to be able to connect to HTML mail servers? Bugzilla feedback
Hi, We used Bugzilla for both bugs tracking and support issues (even that it is not a crm tool). Please see the feedback that I got from member of our FAEs (Field Application Eng) team regarding improvments that he wishs to see in Bugzilla: 1. Enable working in off-line (FAEs are many time on planes and wish to submit/update issues off-lines). 2. Enable the ability to work using email in a way that a reply to an bugzilla email notification will prevent to enter the tool. 3. Enable more rich text style (today only plain text). Anything from above exist/can be implemented by...

Name: Product: Firefox Summary: Feedback support Comments: I can't feed back via the standard browser button because it says that 4.0b11pre isn't the latest version of the browser, even though it has just done the automatic update to make sure it is the latest. Your download page is still saying 4.0b10pre is the latest version. Get them inline please. I wanted to say, GET the copy and paste function working properly as it stops working completely after the browser has been open for an hour or 2. I open any other version of browser (including other ff's) an...

I have made suggestions in the past that have been ignored by this process. There are many deficiencies with the interface, some of them surrounding multiple users and privacy (some of them). It seems to be very hit or miss whether users include this without prompting, and whether I can pull up existing bugs with the same error console output by searching Bugzilla. Preview 3 - Html.ListBox and Html.DropDownList
Hi,Not sure if this is the appropriate feedback venue but I'm missing the ability to add a "prompt" to select tags - e.g., add a prompt "choose one..." as first option element BEFORE actual options are displayed.Preview 2 / April 16 2008 release had the following in SelectBuilder.cs.  I modified this routine to add the "prompt" option BEFORE the options loop and it worked well.   I don't see any support for the "prompt" htmlattribute in Preview 3 source release.            &n...
