There's not quite enough here. See

 <http://home.earthlink.net/~steve53/os2diags/ProcDumpRef.txt>

for a general list of useful initial reports.

Once you have these, ask Peter for .sym files for mozuconv.dll and the
other dlls in the chain. Then when you run the stack trace again, you
will symbolic output.

Of course, before you do any of this, you probably want to verify that the
exception occurs with a current SM build.

I think I can say that it's a waste of time to post about one time
crashes that you cannot reproduce. Especially when an old version is
involved. :-(

[Mac] SM 1.1.1 not responding (not crash)
Hello, I'm using "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2) Gecko/20070221 SeaMonkey/1.1.1" and sometimes it stop reacting to any command: can't quit, can't browse, cant' read new messages... It apparently doesn't crash, cause if I open the force-quit window it is not in the "not responding" state, but anyway I cant' do anything ! I usually have 4/5 tabs open, and check 8 e-mail accounts (some POP, some IMAP). My machine has 1,5 GB RAM and no disk errors. So what's wrong? thank you, Gabriele ...

Problems with SM 1.1.1
Since upgrading to SeaMonkey 1.1.1 I am having several annoying problems. First the Maximize o Restore Up setting leaves about 1 1/2 inch of gray area between the browser window and the Taskbar. I have to go to Restore Down and stretch the window to fit. Second, the Menu bar sometimes does not appear, other times it disappears. Yes, I have clicked the little thingy that makes it shrink or expand with no results. Third and worst, if I close the browser (Navigator) window I cannot open a browser again without rebooting. I have tried the Window menu, the status bar icon and ...

Javascript, SM 1.1.1
I seem to have developed a problem with javascript; namely, it's always on. I generally enable/disable it through a checkbox in prefbar. Thinking that prefbar might be the source of the problem, I reloaded the page and tried disabling javascript through the preferences menu, but it made no difference. Lastly, I reloaded the page and disabled quick launch, but that too made no difference. As an example, with javascript disabled you should have the equivalent of a dead link (I think) when you click on any of the four thumbnails under the words "Select a picture" in this...

I get consistent crashes trying to run the latest version of DNSB. I've tried downloading it at least 3 separate times, both as the current dnsbench.exe and as 0.0.3406.0.exe. SM 1.1.16 crashes on OpenSUSE 11.1
I'm running OpenSUSE 11.1 64 bit on a system with an Intel Quad core cpu. 1. SeaMonkey browser 1.1.16 crashes often e.g. I go to www.google.co.uk and enter "apod" and get the list OK. When I click on the APOD link it starts displaying the page but immediately crashes. Any comments welcome- should I run a debug version and report the result ? If so, how do I do that ? 2. I then downloaded the installer for 1.1.17, but when I run the 'seamonkey-installer' script, it says this: "error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared obj...

[Linux SM 1.1] OpenOffice 2.1 Send Email now working w/SM 1.1
Some of you may recall the related thread from October: "SM 1.0.05 Not Working with OpenOffice Send as Email"; well I am *very* pleased to report that the bugfix in SM 1.1 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122698) has fixed the issue of not being able to send email in OpenOffice 2.1 when an instance of SM is already running! Thanks SM dudes! Uninstalled 1.0.7, loaded 1.1, tested sending an Openoffice 2.1 document from OOo while having my SM open & bingo, OOo opened up an email composition window, attached the OOo document properly, worked like a champ. Why include LUNs in 1:1:1:1 ?
Hi Having installed several clusters and fully understanding and accepting the NetWare partition:pool:volume 1:1:1 relationship I would like to understand this latest fad of adding the LUN assignment into the relationship?!? I've always assigned the amount of space required for a particular OS cluster into a LUN and then masked that to the appropriate hosts, where it is then split into partitions, etc. What are the benefits for having multiple LUNs? Presumably you still have a single RAID (5,10, whatever) group under it? Aren't you just putting more stress on the st...
