Very likely you, I've been in it all day and I can see it on a couple of
screens nearby.

http://status.mozilla.com/ is a very handy resource for checking on the
current status of mozilla websites. If you click on the specific domain
in question, there are additional details available, including a
(regrettably Flash-based) world map that indicates performance from
different counties.

Sometimes this stuff is hard to imagine how they can mess up.

I had replaced a Netgear wrn2000 with a wdrn3400. The new router won't
let me talk to bugzilla.mozilla.org. I can't see any reason why! Going
back to the old router and I can talk again.

I had no other issues with internet access in the day I used it before
this nuisance arised.

Thanks for the help.

Current recovery plan for gecko-dev and git (Was: Re: gecko-dev and Git replication will be broken for a little while)
Here is an update on our plans and status. = Overview = gps and hwine will implement the plan, which is, in summary, manually playing back the problematic merges one by one to ensure both systems are in agreement. gps has point and hwine is online for peer review of the work. Merging dev-gaia and dev-b2g into dev-fxos

So we are deprecating both in favor of dev-fxos. So if you are subscribed to one of the aforementioned lists, you will be subscribed to the new dev-fxos list and we will shortly be decommissioning dev-gaia and dev-b2g. Thanks! any software planning systems like bugzilla?
Hi Folks We currently use bugzilla for the tracking of bugs and feature requests. I've already inputted 175 bugs into our relatively new (6 week old) install of bugzilla. Now I am interested in putting together a bugzilla-like software planning system to help me organize and plan the different versions of our software. We have different custom software versions for different customers, and I need a way to * organize plans for software upgrades and software customizations, * organize communications in which we present those plans to customers, and * organize feedback from custom...

Bugzilla Custom Dev Question (Milestone)
I'm using Bugzilla 2.14.2 (though I imagine the process would be the same if not identical on all versions) and am trying to allow the poster of the bug to specify the milestone, which of course requires a little customization. I've figured out how to add the milestone selection box and contents to the form, and it's working fine, but I can't figure out how to link it to the database and get it to store the information. I edited enter_bug.cgi to add the combo box and milestone list and used post_bug.cgi and a few others as an example, but I would be very gra...

MS's real Biz Dev Plan...
Here's a link I think all will find interesting. http://www.pbs.org/cringely/pulpit/pulpit20010802.html Some folks were laughing about it in another NG on another server. Here's my reply to one of them: -----------------------------snip--------------------------- he guy may be hilarious -- but he's probably right. He has, very clearly -- albeit somewhat simplistically -- laid out MS's business development plan for .NET. He left out the part where MS is doing away with MAPI, in favor of a totally MS-server-centric email system (to be touted as able to control...

[PATCH] File::Path::mkpath, /dev, /dev/dir and /dev/000000 changes
While fetching GD with CPAN.PM, I ran into some problems with File::Path::mkpath, in particular with rooted logicals: $ define/job/trans=conceal root_abcd_1 disk:[perl.cpan.build.id.blah.] mkpath('/root_abcd_1/lds') fails with a "invalid parameter" error when it tries to mkdir('/root_abcd_1'). There's a test in the code for a '000000' directory, but not for the lack of a directory....I suspect that the test was put in to prevent endless loops, prior to a modification of the File::Basename code. So here's a change that does the...
