Amazon SES enabled on dev.anosrep.org and fixed on personatest.org

When personatest.org was migrated from Zerigo to AWS Route53 we lost the
TXT record that authorizes AWS SES to send email as users
@personatest.organd SES was going to be disabled in a few days. I've
recreated the TXT
record to re-enable SES. I've also created the TXT record needed for
dev.anosrep.org to enable SES (which was failed due to the missing record).

http://dev.123done.org/ versus http://123done.org/
The first site is looking very good for a model for a prospective RP. Add in the improved password analysis tool and it would be even better. Why doesn't the original site stay in sync? Best regards, -Tom ...

5 running dev.login.anosrep.org awsboxen
Not sure if this is a bug in deployer or if someone was twiddling dev manually, but ```./scripts/deploy.js list``` tells me that we have five dev boxen running: login.dev.anosrep.org (f7f9cb9) {i-7e32a315}: 50.19.145.27, m1.small, launched 7 days ago login.dev.anosrep.org (f7f9cb9) {i-646dcc0f}: 54.242.68.15, m1.small, launched 7 days ago login.dev.anosrep.org (f7f9cb9) {i-6cf85402}: 23.22.23.37, m1.small, launched 7 days ago login.dev.anosrep.org (f7f9cb9) {i-ff246b90}: 23.20.62.132, m1.small, launched 7 days ago login.dev.anosrep.org (f7f9cb9) {...

Merging dev-gaia and dev-b2g into dev-fxos
--001a113ce93ebce35d051e4c0c73 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Hello people of Firefox OS, After a discussion we have decided that the distinction between dev-gaia and dev-b2g mailing lists is not enough to warrant maintaining two lists. So we are deprecating both in favor of dev-fxos. So if you are subscribed to one of the aforementioned lists, you will be subscribed to the new dev-fxos list and we will shortly be decommissioning dev-gaia and dev-b2g. Thanks! dev.perl.org/perl5
A new website for Perl 5 development resources: http://dev.perl.org/perl5 Kudos to Robert Spier by quickly building (while still half asleep after the RT perlbug effort) a nice website based on my quite vague ideas. Synopses updated on dev.perl.org
I finally managed to get the newest synopses and apocalypses up on dev.perl.org, so please consider my www.wall.org directories deprecated. If you haven't had a chance to peruse the synopses lately, now would be a good time. If you read them when they came out on www.wall.org, there have been some changes, though none earth-shaking. Anyway, the dev.perl.org pages are presumably linkable, unlike my www.wall.org pages. But it might be better to wait till everyone is back from turkeytime before you send it off to the slashdot editors. :-) Larry At 9:26 AM -0800 11/22/04, La...

http://dev.perl.org/rfc/37.pod
http://dev.perl.org/rfc/37.pod And if we adopt complex data structures (how complex? just wrappers for C structs, into very fast hashes) as suggested in rfc 61, we could return those special, limited pseudohashes with only the relevant names, resolvable into offsets at compile time, instead of the fully hashed hashes suggested in 37. For backwards compat, they could still return their list in array context. ...

[meta] perl.org mail, ftp.cpan.org, www.perl.org and so on...
In the next hour or so we will be moving the box hosting ftp.cpan.org, cpan.valueclick.com, (perl|cpan).org mail, www.cpan.org, www.perl.org and so on to the rack next to the one it's in now. The downtime should be less than 10 minutes, but now you are forewarned in case I hit the 110V/230V switch while we move it or something. :-) - ask -- ask bjoern hansen, http://ask.netcetera.dk/ !try; do(); ...

[PATCH] File::Path::mkpath, /dev, /dev/dir and /dev/000000 changes
While fetching GD with CPAN.PM, I ran into some problems with File::Path::mkpath, in particular with rooted logicals: $ define/job/trans=conceal root_abcd_1 disk:[perl.cpan.build.id.blah.] mkpath('/root_abcd_1/lds') fails with a "invalid parameter" error when it tries to mkdir('/root_abcd_1'). There's a test in the code for a '000000' directory, but not for the lack of a directory....I suspect that the test was put in to prevent endless loops, prior to a modification of the File::Basename code. So here's a change that does the...

*.dev = docs/dev/*.pod ??
Hi all, I've been reading through some of the pdd's and have noticed mention of *.dev files for actual implementation of features. I'm fairly sure these are actually the pod files under docs/dev, but I just wanted to make sure of this before I make the pdd's point to the files in this directory instead of the *.dev files. Thanks! Paul Paul Cochrane wrote: > Hi all, > > I've been reading through some of the pdd's and have noticed mention > of *.dev files for actual implementation of features.
