Scrolling with Mouse wheel Problems with Flash in Firefox (2.0.0.12 (Linux) + newest Adobe Flash Linux)
Hi, I have the problem that when I use my mouse wheel to scroll down a page and happen to have my cursor come over a flash object, the scrolling stops. Obviously the mouse wheel commands are sent to the Plugin, even though I have never brought it to focus with a click. The windows version of Firefox behaves different in this matter. It allows continues scrolling without stop. The stop is very unsettling, especially if you don't use a mouse directly but an emulated mouse. First of all: I don't want to install a flash blocker but rather find a solution than a workarou...

Adobe releases Flash Player 9.0.151.0 after all
Adobe has released version 9.0.151.0 of Flash Player to avoid letting down those users who for certain reasons can't update to the current version 10. This includes the users of Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Mac OS X 10.1 to 10.3 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and 4. According to Adobe, version 10 does not work on these systems. Upgrade ASE 12.0.0.4 to 12.0.0.8
I upgraded my ASE to version 12.0.0.8. Now one of the application get a permanent error: "Not enough procedure cache". I increased the proc cache to 40% (total memory: 1 GB) - no success. When I rolled back to 12.0.0.4 everything works fine (with less procedure cache). The ASE is running on Solaris 7. The application connects thru the Merant ODBC driver. I gave the application already back to development to check. Any help how this can be avoided by a change on the host/server is appreciated. Bernd I always recommend dropping/recreating all of the stored...

2.0.0.12 and 2.0.0.13
Name: Tom Kreaseck Email: divertoatyahoodotcom Product: Firefox Summary: 2.0.0.12 and 2.0.0.13 Comments: I changed over to Firefox two or three years ago, I don't exactly remember. Nor, have I cared as I have been very, very satisfied with the versions prior to 2.0.0.12. The current program is very unstable now whereas it was very stable prior to 2.0.0.12. I, obviously, as noted, have a Yahoo email. When I close a tab with my Yahoo email 'active or closed' it always crashes Firefox. Now I took my time to discover somewhere in your forum or blogs a fix for this...
