I have posted some questions and thery are left without answers ! this is maybe because my "news reader" is not working correcly :( Maybe its my english , he's not perfect, but everybody can understand ..... so its not the reason ! Two Trees and Two Servers
Hello, My Environment: Two trees and two servers. ServerA in TreeA is running NetWare v4.11 Directory Services v6.21 and ServerB in TreeB is running NetWare v6.5 eDirectory v. 8.7.3.5. ServerA is hosting GroupWise v6.5. My Question: Can I add ServerA to TreeB? The same user accounts exist in TreeA and TreeB. Thank you for your help, Tami You cannot merge the trees, this requires the same NW and DS versions. You can destroy TreeA by removing DS off that server with Install, then add that server into TreeB, but all users and rights from TreeeA will have to be rec...

Two computers, two behaviors
TB 1.5.0.10 This has me pretty puzzled. I subscribe to a mailing list for folks who like the Vanagon vans that VW made in the 1980s. To be able to post, you have to submit your email address for approval, and once approved, list messages are forwarded to that address, and posts from that address are forwarded to other listees. I have two gmail accounts, and use TB to POP access both. I use one for personal emails, the other is for that Vanagon list. Call them "personal@gmail.com" and "vanagon@gmail.com" vanagon@gmail.com is a member of that VW list. ...

Jacob two-two says everything two times twice. Forum glitch with NNTP again.
The forums are posting everything I post twice, via NNTP, at the moment. Or at least they are some of the time. It's that old glitch again. Two alarms with a two-day event.
Hi! I've noticed a bug.using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a4) Gecko/20040907 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2a When I have an event spanning over two days I get 2 alarms, if I choose to be alerted. One goes off when the start time is reached (and it's ok) and the second one goes off at midnight (or when I first start Sunbird after midnight). I've searched Bugzilla for it and came across this bug: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199732 It's marked as a Mac/Linux only bug, it's one and a half years old and it's still marked a...

Two RepAgents for Two Versions of Repserver
I have a system made of two ASE (12.0.x) dataservers and one repserver (12.0) as the ID server (with ASE for RSSD) configured as a warm standby. We would like to migrate that ID server to newer machine without interruption to the existing configuration. ASE A --> RS A --> ASE B One question we have was: could we build a new ID repserver RS B (12.6) and have its repagent running in ASE A simultaneously as RS A. We then would use 12.5+ capability for dual warm standbys and replicate from RSB to ASE C. ASE A --> RS A --> ASE B --> RS B --> ASE C ...
