Multiple Step operation issue

Hi,

I have a console program that goes through a Foxpro table (via
ADO->ODBC) and copies the data to a MySQL database.

I've come across this "Multiple step operation generated
errors. Check each status value" error and it's frustrating
me to no ends as this error doesn't happen at the
beginning of the file (which is where I would expect something
like this to happen); but, it happens halfway through the
file.

When I break into the program and step through it, it eventually
ends, despite there being more rows. If I let it to continue,
it ends as well with no errors.

I've searched the web and came across some posts mentioning
that it could be a field width issue. But you really can't
tell from the actual error. I ended up finding out that
the problem was because the date value for that particular
entry was screwed up. The date was something like 08/04/0003.
As far as I can see, it was just a data-validation problem
rather than a field width issue.

If anyone at CG is reading this, perhaps change that error
to be more meaningful? i.e. Invalid date format value?

The CodeGear components are just wrappers around
Microsoft's ADO objects. AFAIK that error comes from ADO,
not from the CodeGear wrapper.
