Trouble uploading pdf files in production

I have a form on my site that allows users to upload files to a specified folder. Everything works fine in development, but on the production site im having some trouble with pdf files. Some files are working and others are showing as 0kb in the uploaded files folder. i have checked a lot of thing including the framework versions, ive ensured that there is no difference in the code and have even checked the AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed value in iis 6.0(thinking it may be a size issue). any ideas

0kb file usually means that the connection has been disconnected and IIS held open the file handle.

I would check firewall / antivirus setting on the client machine.

Write below code into your web.config

<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="10240"/> // you can increase size. size must be in KB

that's quite weird... Have you tried upload the file ON the server itself?  This will eliminate networking problem.

If it fails on the server, then the problem is likely related to IIS or the app.   If it works on the server but not on a client, then it could be related to network latency, anti virus on the client machine, etc.
